1 . Have you ever felt depressed and dejected? How do you overcome such a feeling? Share your experience with your classmates.

_ Life is full of troubles, it is not easy to lead a life in a perfect way. There can be ups and downs. Besides those ups and downs, there can be gradual mood swings. These often make us depressed and dejected. We lose interest in everything. This is very common in today’s competitive world. There are people who will encourage us in every situation and give proper suggestions so that we can come out of a difficult situation. On the other hand, there are people who will discourage us at every point but it’s up to us whether we will prove them right or take their discouragements as a challenge and prove them wrong.

When I feel depressed or dejected, either I listen to loud music or do meditation to divert my mind or read a book. According to me, we must enjoy our lives to the fullest as we won’t get back the time which we have wasted on useless thoughts.
